Where people develop skills, take on new challenges, and grow with the agricultural sector.
PEOPLE
Building the future of the agricultural sector requires people.
Jardins da Yoba recognizes that the development of the Angolan agricultural sector depends, to a large extent, on the appreciation, technical training, and professional development of the people who work in it. We value our employees, invest in training, and create conditions for each professional to develop skills, take on new challenges, and grow in different areas of the company.
How we grow together
We support career paths in areas such as agricultural production, plant research and breeding, management, operations, quality, and certification. We believe in continuous learning, training in a real production environment, and internal mobility as a way to value talent and strengthen teams.
INSTITUTIONAL COMMITMENT
Our commitment to human empowerment.
Human development is one of Jardins da Yoba’s strategic priorities and one of the areas where the company contributes most directly to the National Development Plan. We invest in the academic and technical training of our employees, in the transfer of knowledge between generations of staff, and in the creation of internal career advancement opportunities for professionals and technicians in the sector.
This commitment translates into three concrete pillars: international academic cooperation for advanced staff training, structured learning programs in a real production environment, and internal career advancement pathways that keep pace with the company’s growth.
Growth
Internal career progression routes that follow the company’s evolution, from the farm to the board of directors, with promotions based on technical performance and demonstrated competence.
